Registration is mandatory for anybody (INSME, EPROCA Members and Non Members) to confirm your participation in the event.

No registration fee is foreseen for: INSME and EPROCA Members and accepted International Governmental Organisations

For any participant at the conference, the registration fee is as follows:

INSME and EPROCA Members
  • Conference: Free of charge
  • Training fee: 200.00 €
International Governmental Organizations
  • Conference: Free of charge
  • Training fee: 200.00 €
OECD Countries (INSME and EPROCA non-Members)
  • 3-day Conference fee: 350.00 €
  • 1-day Training fee: 200.00 €
Non-OECD Countries (INSME and EPROCA non-Members)
  • 3-day Conference fee: 250.00 €
  • 1-day Training fee: 200.00 €

For delegates coming from OECD countries:

  • 3-day Conference fee: 350.00 €
  • 1 day Training fee: 200.00 €
  • Conference + Training: 550.00 €

For delegates coming from non OECD countries

  • 3-day Conference fee: 250.00 €
  • 1 day Training fee: 200.00 €
  • Conference + Training: 450.00 €

The Conference Registration Fee for all participants includes:

  1. Attendance to sessions
  2. Entrance to the exhibition
  3. Congress documents bags
  4. Coffee breaks
  5. Lunches on May 24 and 25
  6. Dinners on May 23 and 24
  7. Site visit on May 25, included shuttle bus transfer

The second registered delegate from the same organisation will benefit from a reduced fee (50%).

Travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the participants.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • Bank transfer to EPROCA ( latest May 14th 2011!): an invoice will be sent to you if you choose this method
  • Desk payment: by cash in Euro directly at the conference venue (requires still registration latest May 10th 2011!)
  • Payment by credit card at the conference venue (Please note that VISA, MASTERCARD and Eurocard are accepted)
  • Online registration

Cancellation Policy

  • If your cancellation comes less than 60 days before the event, the full fee will be compensated.
  • If your cancellation comes less than 30 days, half of the fee will be compensated.
  • If your cancellation comes less than 14 fee, no compensation will be made.
  • We kindly like to remind that you can always give you place to some other person in your organisation!

Insurance and Liability

In registering for the 2011 INSME Annual Meeting you agree that neither the organizing committee nor the secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance

Participation in the conference for INSME and EPROCA members is for free
